With prolonged conflicts, the organization may have to suffer a bad working environment. Some of its valuable employees may leave the company. It can also generate a feeling of distrust among the employees that eventually could harm productivity.

  1. Yes Sir its very true.Workplace conflicts do bring down the performance of the organization and it is not good for organization’s health. One must always deal with these conflicts very practically and tactfully. In fact one must always remain in the verge of avoiding any sort of conflict not only in organizations but outside organizations also. This is my personal suggestion as conflicts provide you with negativity and create negative atmosphere of the surroundings and then emits negative vibrations which leads to one’s downfall.
